Tri-Heart® Plus is a monthly chewable heartworm preventive for dogs. It contains ivermectin and pyrantel to help prevent heartworm disease and treat and control roundworms and hookworms.

Give one chewable tablet once monthly, according to your dog’s weight and as directed by your veterinarian.
